Oh boy. This one might expose my internet-based thirst. I have a fine, fine-looking acquaintance, and I remember seeing a photograph or one of their social posts and taking a moment to be in awe of their shit.

But there’s a balance to strike. I don’t want to go around telling someone how fine they are in a way that feels too much or creepy. The song is partly me thinking through what it means to notice someone’s physical attractiveness and share that feeling comfortably, while remembering that commenting on someone’s appearance isn’t always the best way to connect with them.
